Spring Hike & Yoga on Mt. Tam

Come join me for a refreshing hike on Mt. Tam followed by an invigorating outdoor Powerful Vinyasa flow at the Cushing Memorial Amphitheater.
We’ll explore the Benstein & Cataract Loop Trail (~3.5 miles, 610 ft elevation gain), a scenic loop through varied ecosystems filled with wildflowers, salamanders, chipmunks, mushrooms, and other hidden treasures.
Starting at the Rock Spring Trailhead, the trail follows Simmons Trail with gentle climbs, easy descents, and a few rocky sections—so be sure to wear sturdy shoes. It’s a balanced adventure perfect for hikers of all levels.
The hike takes about 1.5–2 hours, followed by a 65-minute Powerful Vinyasa flow to release tension and reconnect with your body after the trek.
Bring a picnic lunch and stick around to relax under the giant oak trees, connect with the community, and soak in the spring vibes.

Plug into Google Maps and you should be good to go. Please note that cell service can be limited here.
✨Dress in layers/bring extra clothes/shoes
✨Pants are highly recommended as the trail is narrow and parts are a bit overgrown.
✨Hiking boots/trail runners are recommended
✨Bring your yoga mat, as well as a blanket/towel for under your mat as we’ll be practicing on slightly pebble-y dirt.
✨Bring snacks, lots of water, and lunch for post-yoga picnic
(Good Earth Natural Foods has great premade foods and is on the way to our meetup point)
✨Parking is free and usually plenty at our meetup time.
✨There are restrooms available at the trailhead
✨Plan for a ~6 minute (paved) walk from the Trailhead to the Amphitheater after the hike for practice
✨Transportation to & from event is not provided. Carpooling with a friend (or two, or three) is encouraged!

Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the event will receive a refund minus processing fees (Stripe/Squarespace transaction fees are non-refundable).
Cancellations within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable.
If the event is canceled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund.
