“The dream of my life
Is to lie down by a slow river
And stare at the light in the trees–
To learn something by being nothing.”

Rachel Wolin is a 500-hour RYT who has been teaching yoga in the East Bay since 2015. Her classes offer a strong, intentional flow with a focus on anatomy, alignment, and accessibility. Rooted in presence and curiosity, her teaching encourages students to move mindfully, explore their edges with compassion, and build a practice that feels both powerful and sustainable.

Students can expect thoughtfully crafted sequences, clear and precise verbal cues, and grounded yet powerful guidance.

Through intentional breath, grounded movement, and accessible language, Rachel holds space for meaningful connection—between body and mind, effort and ease, self and source.

At the heart of her work is a simple intention: to help others return to themselves—stronger, calmer, and more awake to the fullness of life, on and off the mat.
