Flow through 40 minutes of nourishing and slow vinyasa in order to prepare the body for 10 minutes of guided breath work & meditation, ending with 10 minutes of constructive rest. This class is great for both physical and mental health! All levels welcome. No prior yoga or meditation experience required.

These practices move slower than your average Power Vinyasa class–practitioners can expect longer holds, a healthy sweat, and establishing a balance between creating strength and mobility in their body.
