SUMMER SOLsTICE Hike & Yoga

Join me for a morning of movement, nature, and connection in celebration of the Summer Solstice—the longest day of the year.

We’ll gather in the morning at Tilden Regional Park for a 3.4 mile guided hike through shaded creekside trails and rolling oak groves. The loop is moderate with some steady climbs, so come ready to move your body and spend a few hours outside.

After the hike, we’ll settle into an outdoor yoga practice in nature—an opportunity to slow down, breathe, and land more fully in yourself after time on the trail.

This is a simple, grounded morning in community: walking, practicing, and being in the natural world together.

All levels are welcome. Come solo or with a friend.

Regular price: $30 (starting June 1)

A small number of reduced-rate spots are available for anyone experiencing financial hardship. Please reach out if you’d like to attend but cost is a barrier.

Please note that there is limited cell service here.

✨Parking is free, but weekend parking can be a bit limited—carpooling is highly recommended!

✨Dress in layers/bring extra clothes/shoes

✨Hiking boots/trail runners are recommended

✨Come prepared with your yoga mat, as well as a blanket/towel for under your mat as we’ll be practicing on grass

✨Bring snacks and water

✨There are restrooms available at the trailhead

✨Transportation to & from event is not provided. Carpooling with a friend (or two, or three) is highly encouraged!

Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the event will receive a refund minus processing fees (Stripe transaction fees are non-refundable).

Cancellations within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable.

If the event is canceled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a will receive a refund minus processing fees or credit towards a future event.
