Breath & blooms:
A Spring Equinox Yoga & Nature Retreat

Thursday, March 19th—Sunday, March 22nd, 2026

Boonville, CA

Journey to Whispertree, nestled in the heart of The Anderson Valley ~2.5 hours north of the greater east bay for a 4-day, 3-night yoga and nature retreat during the Spring Equinox to renew and rejuvenate as we blossom into the spring season.

Awaken and unravel tension through body and spirit with daily yoga practices designed to help you knock off winter’s rust. Enjoy a long weekend to relax, flow with nature, create new connections, and bloom!

MOVEMENT, BREATH WORK, AND MEDITATION

Enjoy two yoga classes daily with workshop elements: Powerful Vinyasa with energizing breath work in the morning, and Slow Flow to Restorative with calming breath work and guided meditation in the afternoon.

All practices are room temperature/unheated/warmed to room temp if it’s chilly!

Bring your mat and a few hand towels if you tend to get sweaty; all other props are provided.

All levels welcome—come with curiosity and a willingness to expand.

Collective practices + Moments of connection

  • Step into spring

Explore the wild beauty of Whispertree as we wander among live oak, madrone, manzanita trees, rolling meadows, and the soft quiet of Northern California’s springtime. This guided hike invites you to tune into the rhythm of the natural world, and reconnect with what feels alive within you. Along the way, we’ll pause for mindful moments, plant wisdom, and deep presence, letting nature reflect the growth we’re calling in.

  • Vibrate into Blossoming

Immerse yourself in waves of sound designed to soothe the nervous system and soften the heart with a Restorative Sound Bath. Crystal bowls will carry you inward — creating space for clarity, renewal, and the subtle unfolding of spring within you.

  • Root into Renewal

Sink your hands into the dirt and nurture something new. You’ll pot a sweet little houseplant to take home, a living reminder of the seeds you’re planting within yourself. Then, craft a beautifully fragrant floral bundle using bee balm, lavender, California white sage, and wild blooms. As we release these bundles to the bonfire, we’ll infuse them with intentions, calling in growth, vitality, and abundance for the seasons ahead.
