Thursday, September 24th—Monday, September 28th 2026
Cornville/Sedona, AZ
Journey to Cornville/Sedona, Arizona for a 5-day, 4-night yoga and nature retreat during the Fall Equinox and Harvest Full Moon — a powerful threshold for reflection and releasing what no longer feels aligned. Together, we’ll move and breathe fully, hike and soak in the red rock landscape, share nourishing meals, and enjoy a long weekend to slow down, connect deeply, and flow with nature. You’ll return home feeling rooted, radiant, and deeply restored.
Our retreat property is located in Cornville, Arizona, a peaceful area 20 minutes from Sedona, offering a quieter, more spacious setting while still providing easy access to Sedona’s iconic red rock landscapes.
MOVEMENT, BREATH WORK, AND MEDITATION
Enjoy two yoga classes daily with workshop elements: Powerful Vinyasa with energizing breath work in the morning/midday, and Slow Flow to Restorative with calming breath work and guided meditation in the afternoon/early evening.
All practices are room temperature/unheated. Air conditioning available if things get a little too spicy ;)
All props are provided. If you want to bring your yoga mat and/or hand towels for sweaty practices, please do!
All levels welcome—come with curiosity and a willingness to expand.
Collective practices + Moments of connection
-
Rooted in RED ROCKS
Experience the magic of Sedona through two guided group hikes designed to support connection, presence, and embodied exploration. We’ll move at a steady, mindful pace through red rock landscapes, pausing to take in the views, breathe deeply, and attune to the land.
These hikes are not about speed or distance, but about shared experience, curiosity, and grounding in nature. Routes will be chosen with care and may vary based on weather and group energy, offering a balance of movement, rest, and awe.

-
Rest & Release
Immerse yourself in waves of sound designed to soothe the nervous system and soften the heart during a deeply restorative sound bath. Crystal bowls will carry you inward, creating space for balance, reflection, and gentle release as you integrate the energy of the Fall Equinox.

-
Harvest Moon + Fall Equinox Bonfire
Gather under the light of the Harvest Full Moon for an evening of reflection, warmth, and connection. This communal bonfire marks the transition into the Fall Equinox — a seasonal threshold inviting balance, gratitude, and the release of what no longer serves. Through guided intention-setting, we’ll honor the cycles of nature and create space for clarity, grounding, and renewal as we move into the darker half of the year.

ACCOMMODATIONS
